As a Philosophy lecturer I’ve had many years teaching a wide range of courses from Introduction to Philosophy to overseeing MA theses. I was one of the first to study philosophy at A level and I taught the new A level course at Alton College and Thames Valley University. I’ve taught philosophy as a postgraduate tutor (University of Durham), Teaching Fellow (University of Leeds) and a Visiting Professor (University of Michigan-Flint).
If you’ve just started studying philosophy or if you’ve been at it a while it can still be a challenge. I can provide professional one to one teaching covering a range of topics:
- Ancient Philosophy
- The Philosophy of David Hume

and many others. If you are studying philosophy and are in need of a some support please contact me. We can discuss the problems you’re having and determine the approach best suited to you. Initial consultation is free, so don’t be afraid to drop me an e-mail and arrange a Skype or face to face meeting.
Philosophy is one of the most demanding and rewarding subjects you can study. I can help you make sense of the extraordinary new world you’ve now entered.
